Oh, mate! The local dining scene in Peebles is an absolute gem. Just a stroll away, you've got Lychee Chinese Restaurant serving up some sizzlin' dishes that'll make your tastebuds dance. Plus, for a cheeky Indian feast, Shukria is just around the corner, dishing out curries that'll set your night on fire! A real culinary treat! the big bathroom in our room was a nice touch.
Now, let’s spill some tea. Our stay was marred by a wild queue at the bar, where check-in felt like a marathon. Few staff around, and we had to squint at a menu half empty due to kitchen issues. Waking up at the crack of dawn thanks to a delivery truck was a laugh, but not the best way to start the day. And the breakfast ordering app? Total confusion!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a lovely bathroom. Although the food quality left something to be desired with lukewarm options and an overpriced menu, the friendly staff made up for it. a decent place to stay in a great location.

It was a good match for a short weekend trip in Peebles with a great value-to-price ratio. The room was spotlessly clean and well serviced. Avoid the breakfasts as they were lukewarm.

More designated accessible parking needed.

the room was really spacious n comfy, loved the biscuits with the tea n coffee makin things even nicer. staff were super friendly too n it was quiet so we slept well. good location in the town center, very nearby the pub which is convenient. got clean towels and clean room which was a huge plus!
but there was no local parking which was kinda annoying and my wife found the bathroom smell pretty bad. breakfast was just okay with some mistakes on the order.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the local area and visited the nearby castle, which was a highlight for us. The rooms were tidy, and clean towels made it all the better. Located right off the main street, we enjoyed convenient access to a bar and restaurant on-site. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!
One downside was that the breakfast offered could use some improvement, as the quality of the cooking wasn't the best. A few items didn't quite meet expectations.
